Buy Wave – Order Cancellation Policy

At BuyWave, we process orders as quickly as possible. Customers may request cancellation before their order is dispatched.

Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation by contacting BuyWave as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been processed or handed over to the courier.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the customer refuses to accept a dispatched COD parcel, the order may be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin).

COD Orders

BuyWave may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Incorrect or Fraudulent Orders

BuyWave reserves the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, suspicious or contain incomplete/incorrect information.
