Refund Policy

At BuyWave, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged or defective.

• You received the wrong product.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• All accessories, tags, and manuals are included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer.

• Personal care and hygiene products after opening.

• Gift cards and promotional items.

• Clearance or final sale items.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever applicable.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, BuyWave will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
