Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, incomplete addresses or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the ordering process or communicated before order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after receiving the order information. For COD orders, we may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled if the customer cannot be reached or the provided information is incomplete or invalid.

BuyWave is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address or phone number provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel appears seriously damaged at the time of delivery, please document the condition and contact BuyWave immediately.

For product damage claims, photos or an unboxing video may be required.
